Uued ESPONi hanked rakendusuuringute teostamiseks
ESPON kuulutab välja neli uut rakendusuuringut. ESPONi rakendusuuringud on hea võimalus rahastamaks olemasolevaid või uusi uurimissuundi ning Eesti ülikoolid ja konsultatsiooniettevõtted on seni olnud hangetel väga edukad.
(1) The role and future perspectives of Cohesion Policy in the planning of Metropolitan Areas and Cities (METRO)
The project shall analyze and compare the role of Cohesion Policy in the process of planning and implementation of metropolitan policies, addressing experiences and practices as well as their territorial impact.

Budget: 240.000€
(2) Targeted Analysis Sustainable Transport Infrastructure in the Strategic urban region Eurodelta (STISE)
The objective of this activity is to develop a new knowledge base on existing and potential flows at the level of the strategic urban region Eurodelta area in order to foster territorial and cross-border cooperation between regional and urban authorities in the context of an expected carbon neutral Europe.

Budget: 270.000€
(3) Targeted territorial analysis of spatial progress and integrated development opportunities of large lakes in Europe (LAKES)
The activity shall focus in providing a scientific basis for the effective spatial development for European large lakes by supporting policy responses to detect main challenges and support a governance framework aimed at contributing to territorial competitiveness of these territories.

(4) ESPON Territorial indicators based on big data
The purpose of this call for tenders is to contract a service provider who will engage with private digital platform providers to build a framework that would allow big data sharing and extraction on a regular basis for the purpose of developing territorial indicators for public policy analysis. In addition, the service provider shall propose a list of territorial indicators which could be analysed using big data from private digital platforms along with a brief description of territorial trends based on selected individual indicators.

ESPON 2020 korraldab ja vahendab ELi regionaal- ja ühtekuuluvuspoliitikat toetavaid regionaaluuringuid ja analüüse.
